Guest guest
If you order grilled fish you should be OK. Roys and Dukes are two great places on Kauai. Both always feature grilled on their menu. I’d suggest calling ahead or talking with the waiter when you’re there. Aloha. We are staying in a condo so I can bring some of my own things but we would like restaurant info and grocery store info also. We'd like to go to a luau (spelling?) and would love any guidance, suggestions...anything. Thanks,
Guest guest
We spent 16 days on Oahu and Kauai over the holidays last year and you will have no problem. We stayed in a condo on Kauai, so had the ability to cook some of the meals. There are several Mcs for fast food and there is a Safeway grocery store. They have a GF list of Safeway brand items -- on line I think. I will see if I saved the summary I did last year and send it to you. I can't remember the names of the restaurants where we ate now. Barbara in Missouri PS We did go to a luau and it was not far from the Wailua river -- you just call ahead and they will be prepared to tell you which items contain gluten when you get to the luau. It is put on by one of the hotels -- I think the Sheraton. Disclaimer --- I am a volunteer and not a medical expert, but I can share with you information that I have found helpful.
