Guest guest
Interesting! We've been drinking plenty of HM lemonade and Sam loves spinach. Glad to know that we are spontaneously doing something right! Chrystee Sam SCD 3 weeks > > 1. Lemon juice used with meals and acidophilus supplements. Guest guest
Hi Alice, I believe on the Long Island list we considered it illegal. The lemon juice is concentrated and so...who knows what is in it. What I do is buy a big bag of lemons (when on sale, or reduced produce) and limes and juice the whole lot at once. Then I freeze the juice in ice cube trays. When frozen I transfer them to a freezer bag. It is very handy because I like to drink honey lemon tea in the morning - especially during the winter Sheila > Doas anyone know if RealLemon lemon juice is legal, BTW? > ----- Original Message -----
Guest guest
Realemon might also contain mold, I was told, so it would not be good for yeast problems. Freshly squeezed lemons are much better. Hope
