Interesting! We've been drinking plenty of HM lemonade and Sam loves

spinach.

Glad to know that we are spontaneously doing something right!

Hi Alice,

I believe on the Long Island list we considered it illegal. The

lemon juice is concentrated and so...who knows what is in it.

What I do is buy a big bag of lemons (when on sale, or reduced

produce) and limes and juice the whole lot at once. Then I freeze

the juice in ice cube trays. When frozen I transfer them to a

freezer bag. It is very handy because I like to drink honey lemon

tea in the morning - especially during the winter
