Concern: Sufficient nutrients in nut milk?

Hi all,

My mom had this concern about sufficient nutrients in nut milk.

She is worried that if we stop the formula milk, and replace with nut

milk, there will be insufficient nutrients in his diet, causing him

to be malnorished.

Particularly, she is concerned with the calcium level, since children

need calcium to grow.

my son is 32 months.
