Really, no cleanout stuff huh? Well, you have been so good about the

liquid diet..I am getting stuff ready...ok, question to anyone, what

is the one thing you didnt take with you to the hospitol that you

wished you would have....

Hey Sue,

I just drank my yucky stuff as well. You are in my prayers and I will be

thinking of you when I come out of surgery tomorrow cause you should be going in

as I am coming out. We are both close to being losers now!

Haven't had the urge yet but I am sure it won't be long before I do. My

instructions say clear liquid so I am drinking diet 7-UP. The instructions I got

from my surgeon said to mix with ginger ale, apple juice or lemon-lime drink so

I chose diet 7-UP. This is the first carbonated beverage I've had since October

when I started this journey and the dietician told me I couldn't have anymore

Diet Coke. I switched to the Wal-Mart brand of Crystal Lite and have been

drinking that ever since

And welcome Angie to this small circle of March 02, 2006 losers! Glad to have

you aboard. What time is your surgery scheduled tomorrow? Mine is 7:30 EST and I

know that Sue's is 9:00 PST.

Mine is on Friday at 3pm...I didn't get the whole yukky stuff to drink but I

have been on the 10 day liquid diet too..I am doing great so far...My hubby

would disagree with that though...lol...I also have been drinking the Wal-amrt

brand of Crystal light...I like the orange sunrise...I am drinking one atkins

shake a day for the protein..and alot of popsicles...I also get the SF jello

from Wal-mart...

say a prayer for you.....and I think I would like some diet

7up...this water goes straight through me, I mean it too......its

like there is a strignt hole from top to bottom...lool-

Trust me Sue, I spoke too soon. The Diet 7-UP is doing the exact same thing but

that is probably TMI for most people. Again thanks for the picture and I look

forward to losing with you and everyone else in the group.
