Yummy products we just tried!

Just got an order from Glutensolutions.com and wanted to report on

the taste-testing! The best surprise was a new product called

Gillian's Foods Bread Crumbs. They're gluten and lactose free, and

they are great! I coated chicken whith Eggbeaters first then the

crumbs, which I had spiced up a little, then I spritzed it all with a

little Pam and baked it. It came out so crunchy on the outside and

moist on the inside! My non-celiacs loved it, too! I can't wait to

make chicken parmesan with it. We also got the Ener-g Donut holes--

super yummy! Like a real donut. And the Schar Pizzirilli crackers

are great. Pizza flavored and buttery. Again, a big winner with the

non-celiacs, too--the true test! It's always great to find GF foods

that taste so good!
