Guest guest
HI Gordon, Good to hear from you. I gather things are going well since your creatinine has stabilized at 1.7. That is good news indeed! I switched from Lisinopril to Cozar earlier this year, and it has helped my potassium levels which I really struggled with to stabilize. I got to indulge in some of those summer fruits I love so much this year. I hope your lower dose has helped the dizzyness. Take care,
Guest guest
Hey Gordon, Glad to hear you creatinine has stablized and your spending less time in the neph's office. Please let everyone know how the changes in BP meds affect things. I hope the change in dose doesn't adversely affect your BP. Good to hear from you. Sounds like your the grill master in your part of the world. We could have used your help last Saturday! A friend and I were doing a barbecue for our kids - who were fortunately very, very patient. 1.5 hours to get the darn coals to light! Guest guest
, There is a good raisin cookie recipe on pecanbread.com. Coconut Currant Cookies (currants are tiny raisins). Also, have you tried the cracker recipe on pecanbread.com? To make it salty, just sprinkle them with salt as you take them out of the oven. Guest guest
Now that I think of it, I didn't mean to leave anyone out, I want to thank EVERYONE (not just Cheryl) who posts recipes to share. I have already tried some of the crock pot ones and they have been delicious. Thanks again. Barbara from Missouri
