I found that I got rid of ALL of my waking pain by splitting up my doses, I now take it five times a day...most important are that I take one as I go to bed at night and one as soon as I wake up in the morning... Re: regarding bad headaches! I did email Dr. Derry and he did not think the headaches were due to the adrenals or thyroid meds. Soooooooooooooooo!
