Guest guest
Second Change: After 30 years of being on an electronic leash (long cord between ear piece and hearing device in pocket), I will get the new G3 behind the ear cochlear implant processor. Fifteen of those years were spent leased to a body hearing aid and 15 wonderful years with a cochlear implant body worn processor. I literally want to take a pair of scissors and cut the cord that I have worn daily for so many years, as I change processors. The 3G has to be programmed by my audiologist, using a computer so I don't know exactly when I will get to make the actual switch in processors. But it will be nice to look at it, touch it, and hold it until my audiologist can get me in. !! The 3G comes with colors that can be interchanged, so the big decision after "what to wear for the day" will be what color should my BTE 3G cochlear implant processor be or maybe the other way around!!
