5. Are you: Considering Surgery, Pre Op or Post Op. Yes. I have been

considering surgery for some time now. I want to find out as much as possible,

talk with others who have had the surgery, get opinions on various topics, and

find a surgeon in my area. I would also like to get to know some others here,

or in another area. I enjoy making new friends. :-)

14.Hobbies: Anything exciting! LOL ;-) My husband and I love history and do

Civil War Living Histories, and reenactments. We love tent camping, and renting

rustic cabins. We enjoy spending time outdoors. Enjoy travel, music, wine,

movies, nights out on the town.

15.Anything you would like the other members to know about you? I am 26 years

old. I have been married to a wonderful gentleman for 10 years this coming

April. His name is . We do not have children yet. Although we both want

them very badly. I have had problems with conceiving. My doctors tell me it

has everything to do with me being so overweight. Plus I just found out about

8months ago that I have Hypothyroidism. Still trying to figure that out!!!! I

have been thinking of getting help surgically for weight loss for several years

now. I want to move forward and find out everything I can about it.

I feel kind of odd telling others my problems, but I really do not have anyone

else to tell them to except my husband. Who fully understands me and supports

me in every way. The only family I have is my parents who I helped move 10

minutes away from me from Ohio so I can help take care of them. Plus we have

his parents, but we seem not to get along much. They think I am a

disappointment cause I am overweight and have yet to produce any grand children

for them. ( long story there!). I am looking for others who have had weight

loss surgery who can give me some pointers, tips, and share their experiences

with me. Plus I wouldn't mind making some friends along the way :-)
