Unfortunately not.

The legal juices that I know of are as follows:

Tropicana orange juice in cartons in the refrigerated section.

Regular (no other juices mixed in and no added vitamins or

minerals). Not frozen.

Welch's grape juice (any color) in bottles. Not frozen.

Dole's Pineapple Juice in cans.

Kedem (or something like that ) Kosher grape juice

Knudsen " Just " juices. Just Cranberry, Just Cherry, etc.

Tomato juice.

Apple CIDER. (This is not apple juice. Apple cider is brownish

in color and is not clear.)

Any other juices that you make at home using a juicer are legal

as well.

Hi, Marilyn,

Please do correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that the Tropicana OJ is acidic.

If your son has ASD, my son had a problem with concord grape. I've heard ASD

kids' brains can react to grape. We use Dole pineapple juice, which is

alkaline. It also comes in convenient little cans that can travel to school

(let the aide know to mix it 50/50 with water). Cherry juice is also alkaline.

Knudsen makes a black cherry concentrate in mini-bottles, which can be mixed

with water; I found this at Whole Foods. We also use Sunsweet prune.

Hi Teri, I have been giving Abby the Tropicana with the Prune Protocol for

constipation because I am trying to phase out the Miralax. Abby showed up

highly allergic to orange on the " SAGE " allergy test that Dr. Bradstreet

does. Do you think I should just mix the prune with something else. She

drinks a lot of watered down white and grape juice too. I am going to get

the Cherry and see how that goes. We've been doing SCD for 5 days now and

she's pretty constipated. Do they need a week or two to adjust to the new

food changes? Thanks.........

Kathy

, Do you have Welch's Grape 100% there or Dole Pineapple Juice? Those

are good. You do need to dilute them. Look for juice with no added sugars or

corn syrup and not from concentrate. Only 100% juice. Check out the

Knudsen website. Their " Just Juice's " are fine. www.knudsen.com (I think).

Also some juices (even at the healthfood store) are made from the whole

fruit (skins and all) and that is not good. You can make your own juice

really easy. Everytime I boil pears or mangos I save the juice and just put

it in the fridge. My daughter loves it. If it's too bland put a little

saccharin in it. You can also make your own lemonade that way by just using

the lemon juice, water and saccharine. I really wanted to email you because

I lived in Adelaide for 6 months in 1984! I almost married and stayed there

for good! Do you know anyone in Adelaide? Take care and good luck with the

diet.

Legal juices

> Can I please have some clarification on juices? Being here in Australia,

we have different brands to you guys in the USA, and so its a bit hard to

work out what's legal and what's not sometimes.

someone can tell me what to DEFINITELY avoid then I can look for a locally
