Stiles to provide investor relations to iVOW

A. Stiles and Associates LLC will implement an investor

relations program for obesity-treatment firm iVOW Inc.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Stiles and Associates is a St. Louis-based investor relations

consultancy.

Carlsbad, Calif.-based iVOW (Nasdaq: IVOW) provides program

management, operational consulting and clinical training services to

physicians and hospitals involved in the medical and surgical

treatment of morbidly obese patients. It also provides specialized

vitamins to patients who have undergone obesity surgery. Formerly

Vista Medical Technologies Inc., the company was formed in 1993.

Dr. Owens, president and chief executive of iVOW, said in a

statement, " As we continue to grow the business, we believe our

investor base will expand, and we look forward to working with

Stiles to effectively communicate our growth strategy and

operational progress to the market. "
