Guest guest
Well, for two months I wasn't able to exercise due to doctor but now my family has joined me at the gym. I started back last week. We do 20 minutes on the treadmill or bike. Then do all the exercise equipment that we can do. Three days a week they do water aerobics for an 1 1/2 hours and follow up with the hot tub, sauna or steam room (Hot tub for me always) Two days a week they have chair/light aerobics (actually for the seniors, insurance is paying there gym dues to do this class) It lasts an hour. And then I end up doing treadmill again for 20 minutes. Today I didn't get to go because we took my daughter out of school due to boys (a gang of them) threatening her. School wouldn't do anything. She was a junior but now I am homeschooling her and she loves it and it has freed her mind. She had gotten so depressed and suicidal about these issues. I couldn't lose my daughter to the world. She really enjoys me teaching her but she says I am tough ) It is fun to go with my family plus I find myself not wanting them to go thru the things I am going thru so if I have to take them with me for them to get healthy that's what I will do. Plus my family pretty much loves the gym. I will hush now. If you are still reading you are probably bored. Can you tell I have been home all day and I am going stir crazy LOL Christy > What does everyone do for their daily exercise?
Guest guest
Right now I am walking two hours a day. I need to get back to the gym for upper body exercise. What does everyone do for their daily exercise? Is there anyone who DOES NOT exercoise? if so, how is this impacting your weight loss? Guest guest
hi, i'm a bad one and don't exercise but for 3 yrs i've had that crazy hypothyroid thing going on and could barely get out of bed to potty and eat. ..now i'm a little on the hyperthyroid side which is heaven...i've had the energy to start walking around our subdivision but i either go with my 2 kids or my english bulldog who is more lazy than me and we go so slow that i m sure it isn't doing any good. i'm sure i would lose better with exercise but i truly hate it....didn't do it when i was skinny....plus its so freakin hot and humid in Louisiana that its miserable....and i hate sweating....my naturally crappy curly hair freaks out and gets frizzy. thats enough excuses not to exercize huh? i'm soooo bad..... -- What do you do for exercise?
