Yes, it has flour! I use whole wheat pastry flour, because it has more

fiber but is finely ground.

Add:

scant 3/4 C. whole wheat pastry flour

Here's the complete recipe:

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 T. sugar

1/4 cup plus 2 T splenda

1/4 cup light margarine (I use Golden Soft Light)

1/2 egg, or equal (1/8 C.?) of egg substitute

1/2 tsp vanilla

Scant 3/4 C. whole wheat pastry flour

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/8 tsp salt

1/16 tsp. baking soda

4 T chocolate chips (I used organic grain sweetened chips)
