Our meeting is in the evening if that is any help. I can't wait to get together

again we had a great time last time.

Even though I don't post often I do LURK.

There is no need to be approved. I'll take a look but membership is

automatic at the moment. Can you post her email address and I'll send

her an invitation via email so she doesn't have any problems or she

can go to www.ozband.com and enter her email address in the box and

follow the instructions.

You want to try that here in Brisbane and see what happens, I'm sure

the brisbane people know who I'm talking about.

Hi Lynne, Glad to meet you.

Then the band is definitely for you. Because not only do you need to lose

that weight, but keep it off as well.

I was 120 kilos banded and am at 90 kilos after being banded in May 98,

tummy tuck in Sept 2000. 140 kilos my top unpregnant weight.

I spent to day gardening in my two piece bathers today and for some reason

every man and his dog decided to drop in on us. Usually we are left in

peace.

Regards

Hi Lynne,

Yes, there are quite a few of us here who were banded by Prof. O'Brien,

including myself. I must say I've never heard of anyone who has so little to

lose being banded...... you should have great and very quick success, and I

wish you luck with the procedure. Like you, I am also 5'3 " , and really

rather thrilled to be weighing just a little more than you currently do....

you see, I started out at 132 kg and have lost around 45 kg. *Smile*

And yes, we do meet in Melbourne, and we would be delighted to have you

attend our meetings. We generally meet on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, so

the next one will be held on Tuesday 21st November at 7.30 pm at the South

Yarra Primary School in Punt Rd, cnr Pasley St. North.

All the best, and please feel free to ask as many questions as you like.....

we'll do our best to answer them.

.

My husband Adam has PSC, He was in this group some years ago, but got

overwhelmed by the list and dropped out. I'm looking for support as his

symptoms flare up worse and worse over time.

Hoping to connect,

, welcome. We have lots of caregivers who belong to the group. And lots of us who are the "afflicted" ones. Then we have the "afflicted otherwise" caregivers too. Whatever, glad you're back. Hpoe we can help you. You can do digest form if individual e-mails are too much. Cheryl ID, 44, PSC, UC, fibromyalgia
