Curves is as strenuous as you make it because YOU control how much

resistance you get by how fast you work the machines. I'm a large person,

but I've seen several people there who don't even look like they need to

lose an ounce.. they break a sweat so it must be working.. at least that's

how I see it.. maybe I'm wrong? hehe.. its a lot of fun at any rate.. and

sometimes I have to fight to keep my heartrate down in the 85% zone.. it's a

great workout for me! :)
