I always take mine with the AM dose of Armour...and then another

maybe midday at 1:00 or 2:00 PM.

Hi Bev!! I am so glad you are feeling better...WE know just how good you feel

and it is wonderful.

I took my Enzymatic Therapy with food in the AM. If you don't take it with

food, it has a good chance to hurt your stomach. I did that..and the pain

wasn't pretty. It made a world of difference!! Enjoy!!

I took my armour sublingually..keep it by my bedside. As soon as it was

dissolved I would get a piece of toast and take my Enzymatic Therapy as I was

eating that piece of toast. It was the best thing I've ever done next to the

Armour. I am trying Isocort right now...and from all I can tell it isn't as

good as the Enzymatic..but it is a only day two. I took 6 pellets total

today...didn't feel as good as before. I am going to take all 6 tomorrow in the

AM...see if that makes a difference. I took the 6 broken up into 3 doses today.

trying Isocort right now...and from all I can tell it isn't as good

It seems that with everyone I know it took a few days to feel just

what the isocort was doing...it was hard for all of us to tell right

away...as your adrenals get stronger, your thyroid meds will be

optimized...but that could take some time.

Bev, I'm so glad you are feeling better! I'm kind of confused about

how much adrenal to take too so I can't offer advice there..but I

sure am glad you are better!
