Guest guest
I started buying the shredded lettuce, in the bags....Less chance of a larger piece getting stuck! Lynne 2/3/05 302/167/150 Dr. Maguire
Guest guest
I waited a long time to do salads. I was afraid of it getting stuck. I know people who are 3 to 4 months out that have done salads and do fine. You just need to cew really well, but that is with everything you have to cew your food really really well. It was just a weird thing of mine. Guest guest
, You can do salads. I'm just paranoid!!! It took me awhile to relax and eat. I did protein shakes and bars for a long time!! I went on a cruise when I was about 5 months out and ate a lot of foods that I was afraid to eat before. I was with a friend and didn't have my kids to worry about if I got sick. Now that I have gotten sick off of certain foods, it isn't that bad. I don't get violently ill like some do. I just kind of spit up.
