Guest guest
Hi all of you LOSERS out there.... It's me, Meloney from Ohio. I haven't posted for quite some time now. The Holidays came and went, my husband has a bad accident when he nearly cut off his finger on a power cutter at work, and then on top of that, the nasty FLU decided to visit and overstay its welcome. I just wanted to post and say that I AM WALKING AGAIN after a rough year of NOT doing it as much as I used to. Without this walking program, the scales SCREAM at me, my clothes snuggle me a bit too much, and I actually am hungrier and tend to graze more. So on Monday, I went to my nearby mall and Walked it twice... which totals about 4 miles, and then I called my good friend Susie and we want to her local mall and walked there as well... WOW... I had a lot of energy the next day and ate less! See how that works? Now WHY can't I do that all the time? Because I am human? LOL!!! So let me ANNOUNCE HERE in an official way that I AM going to do a lot more of my routine walking in 2006... Ohio's winters are wet and cold, but the malls aren't! Just getting there is the key. Once I'm there, I enjoy it. I guess the bottom line is that we have to MAKE the time rather than hope for the time. Hoping doesn't' generate a lot of results, does it? How is everyone else doing with a walking routine? How many here are three years out from surgery or longer? Meloney RNY Surgery on Sept. 9, 2002 Was 317#, Lost 170# in 19 months GOAL ACHIEVED! New Goal is to MAINTAIN RESULTS Website http://www.rnyachievegoals.com <http://www.rnyachievegoals.com/> Message Board http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RNY_achievegoalsgroup Product Line http://www.cafepress.com/rnyachievegoals Blog http://rnyachievegoals.blogspot.com

Guest guest
LOL I'm just glad you are back!!! You were missed!! Okay I've got to tell you reading that your hubby lost his nail and was screaming in pain while on the phone with you gave me the willy's!!! I cannot imagine the pain!!!!! UGH I stub my toe and whine let alone lose a fingernail..... I'm so glad he isn't lose his finger and that you are feeling better!!!! As far as the board being to active, I go no email and come to the board directly to read and post messages. This way it doesn't clutter up my in box and I think it is easer to come directly to the board. You could also do a daily digest. This way you get one or 2 e- mails rather than 50 - 100. Hugs!! > > > > Hi all of you LOSERS out there.... > > > > It's me, Meloney from Ohio. > > > > I haven't posted for quite some time now.
