Guest guest
I have been doing better on the 30mg increase of Armour, the iron and the Florinef, but two days I was really active and the fatigue is back.. I think I still need coretf on top of it all. Re: Why supplements and exercise are important once on Armour > What supplements and how long after you start taking the Armour will the exercise fatigue end? Sorry, but since I switched to Armour, I had saved these issues up. Jamy, good question. There is an excellent article in the FILES section of this site that recommends great supplements--it's from the Lowe's. Check it out. Also, I have noted extremely good recovery from any kind of exercise since I got my thyroid levels optimized. I used to be beyond exhausted for days on end after doing anything. Now, I am the Energizer bunny. haha (except when I have my periods!! THAT brings me down.) Janie
Guest guest
Keep in mind that as this stuff makes you feel better you may have a tendency, I did, to over do the physical strength and endurance of your body.. then it's legitimate fatigue and not a result of not enough meds..... It's a balancing act... pay attention to what your body is telling you.... Guest guest
yeah, he just ran night time cortisol and my day time is low normal. It was 9 at 9:30 after a 2 hour drive and being in an argument with the lab. But the bottom line is that until you are able to get your free T3 to the top of the range, if not higher, you will have problems with the fatigue. I believe I remember that your body is very sensitive to increases. So perhaps adrenal support will make you less sensitive, and you will then be able to increase enough to rid yourself of that fatigue! Glad you are on iron, too!!
