We picked up Nate's band today. I guess the big thing I was looking for was to make sure the helmet stayed put and it wasn't encroaching on his eyes. I've read a lot on this board about problems with bands slipping. So far, we've been very lucky: no red spots, no slipping and he seems to not even notice the helmet is there! As far as knowing what to look for at the fit, Cranial Tech is really good about ensuring a good fit, but I'd look at other DOCbanded babies pics.
