Guest guest Posted June 6, 2003 Report Share Posted June 6, 2003 Dear , I just discovered a good fast food find: Carl's Jr. regular burger-- no mayo, no special sauce, with lettuce (the nice, crunchy kind), tomato, onions and a squirt of ketchup = 6 points....and it's huge! I feel so guilty eating it, it's as nice size as a 6 point sub and a nice change of pace. I just skip fries ( " no fries " team *grin*). They also have salads (bring your own dressing or balsamic vinegar) and I get a cup of ice water. I often add an additional point worth of the honey mustard sauce or the baked doritos for 3pts. I am on 2 lists, this one, for support and another one just for WW recipes with points included ---> Pattys-pointed-recipes (which is also a yahoo group e-list). I get both e-lists in " digest form " instead of individual e-mails, other wise I would get tons of e-mails, so I just get 1 e-mail with 1 to 25 e-mails in each one. I use these lists along with my WW meetings to help with my success on the program. Patty's recipes are so great and so is all the support from this e-mail list. I have been on the program now for 10 months and I have lost 40+ lbs and 18 inches (3 pants sizes). I still have 100 lbs to go, and I will get there, with the help from my lists and support from everyone included.
