Guest guest
I have the tostabags from Pampered Chef. They were 4 bags for $10. The ones from Improvements catalog are 2 bags for $12. You can do the math. My understanding is that they are made from fiberglas. They are washable and appear as if they would last more than 10 washings if handled with care - wash by hand instead of dishwasher, etc. I have not used them for toast, oddly enough, but do steam my corn tortillas in the toaster at work using them. I have never been a huge bread eater, but have them on hand " just in case. " Celeste
Guest guest
I did the math and the Improvements catalog one is the better deal. They last for up to 150 uses, whereas the Pampered chef ones last for 10 or so. So you get 300 uses for $12.99 (Improvements) or 40+ uses for $10 (Pampered Chef). I'm thinking about ordering them from the Improvements catalog. Has anyone here ever bought from this company before? Just wondering how their internet store is. I prefer to only buy from reputable companies on the internet. Anyone here recommend them?? God bless, nn crc0622 wrote: I have the tostabags from Pampered Chef. They were 4 bags for $10. Guest guest
I'd be willing to wager that they are made the same way. I think the Improvements bag is black and the PC one is white, but I can't imagine that there would be 140 washes difference in the two. I have ordered from Improvements and they are a good company. -- In SillyYaks , fernandofamily@t... wrote: > I did the math and the Improvements catalog one is the better deal. > They last for up to 150 uses, whereas the Pampered chef ones last for 10 > or so.
