Hi I am new to this group and new to the ww online

program. I have had my first wi after begining on the 18th. I've

lost 2 pounds of about 35-40 that I need to lose. I am hoping to

find information and support. I am interested in vegetarian low

point recipes and others who are new like me and how they are

keeping on track. Also any experiences longtimers have had that have

helped them make this a lifestyle change instead of a diet. Thank

you. Margot
