I'm the owner of a private practice, have a Stott Pilates instructor

interested in doing mat classes out of my office.

Does anyone have some examples of reasonable business agreements--I'm

thinking of having her pay a percentage of her gross, versus use of

the space per hour. Any ideas? Thanks--

One of my patient who is a local police officer told me that it is not worth for

my 22 years of clean reputation to mix massage as he has closed down quite a few

chiro and hair salon places offering massage. This is because I will be

responsible for any kind of hanky-panky happening during massage as the massage

is happening in my physical space at my clinic. So in this case any kind of a

hands-off business arrangement with the MT will have no value if a massage

client complains of any wrong places touching. I know many PTs are offering

massage thearpy in their clinics and hopefully all their clients are their

patients with only plain massage in their expectations.
