Tim, Thanks for your words of encouragement. Yes, I will be extremely anxious until the big day. I've been "the rock" for so long & can't imagine how things will run with me out of commission for a bit. (I'm ever the practical 1- "who'll get the girls to school, etc?) We got 13.5 in. snow/ less than expected. Doing ok- all shoveled out. Thanks again for being there.

We are heading to ski country Thurs. for a few days. We have friends who own a condo & they are Florida-bound. So- we get the condo. Great outlet shopping there!

Still looking for info about radioactive iodine. Doc said meds that 's on now can suppress bone marrow- not a good thing. Soooo, if anyone has any experience/thoughts would appreciate it. I try to limit computer use, as it exacerbates my pain. Thanks
