I know what you mean! I have now lost 43 kgs in the last year with the band

and then with the switch. Sometimes I think of it as not being much weight

until I lift one of the 20 kg bags of chocolate I have for my business.

Then I think, Wow I used to carry 2 of those around with me all of the time

and that really shocks me. No wonder I was always so tired! I still have

about 53 kgs to go and cannot wait to see how light I feel then! *smile*

Doesn't being around all that chocolate make you want to stuff your face

with it.
