Guest guest
, How about trying No Fenol with the ketchup next time? Or what about mayonnaise? Ranch dip? Mustard? Mayonnaise mixed with mustard (my boys like this)? Jody mom to -5 and -7 SCD 13 months
Guest guest
You could heat grated cheese with some SCD yogurt...... it would kill all the good bacteria but would serve your purpose. I think I'd do it on a pretty low temp and stir a LOT. Maybe add a tidge of oil or butter? Guest guest
, What about mustard? You can also do a honey mustard. In one of my cookbooks there is a honey garlic sauce for chicken wings, don't know if that would be good with meatballs but could try. ~Sheri
