How about trying No Fenol with the ketchup next time?

Or what about mayonnaise?

Ranch dip?

Mustard?

Mayonnaise mixed with mustard (my boys like this)?

You could heat grated cheese with some SCD yogurt...... it would kill all the

good bacteria but would serve your purpose. I think I'd do it on a pretty low

temp and stir a LOT. Maybe add a tidge of oil or butter?

So... any ideas on making a cheese dip of some kind that would be yummy enough

to entice him to dip his meatballs in

What about mustard? You can also do a honey mustard. In one of my cookbooks

there is a honey garlic sauce for chicken wings, don't know if that would be

good with meatballs but could try. ~Sheri
