I guess it would depend on the source of the calcium.

I have never seen a dairy based calcium in a store, but I suppose they

could exist.

Kirkman's makes a calcium powder that can be used in baking. (Heat

doesn't affect minerals.)

You can add the powder in whatever you bake and then you don't have

another supplement to try to get into your child.

Or if your child can swallow pills, Kirkman's make calcium in capsules

as well.
