They stay fresh at room temp for a few days. They never last any

longer than that around here...LOL.

I have frozen them before and they thaw really well.

LOL Jody, I was just about to type the very same thing...... these only keep

24 hours at my house..... but that's only because my husband and son gobble them

down so fast. More recently, I've learned to pack about half of each batch into

the freezer (waaaayyyy in the back, under the chicken thighs) just as soon as

they're cool enough to cut.
