Oxycontin and Duragesic Patches for pain

I took Oxycontin and was the worse pain med ever for me. I could

not recall talking to people, was like being a zombie and was on it

for at least 6 months. Now I take 225micrograms of Duragesic which

comes via patches, a total of 3 patches each 75micrograms. THey say

that Duragesic which is Fenytenal, is 100 times as strong as

Morphine. Now don't know if that is acurate but was watching a

Discovery Channel and the subject was Medical Issues and that was one

of the topics. All I know is it is the best pain med I have been

on. Still have choice of 2 different pain meds for break-out pain.

Also, did not get a digest with number 1462 and since I asked you

about your doctor in Houston just wanted you know did not get

that digest in case you had been able to respond to my question and

it was in that particular digest. Hope that is okay to ask you.

Anyway, just wanted to put my 2cents, if worth that much, in about

my pain meds. Don't know if anyone takes the Duragesic patches or

not.

Oh one more thing, someone mentioned taking water therapy and

did that at the start of her treatments and was great for her.

In fact she was in a wheelchair for months, barely able to walk at

all and the water therapy was one of the primary treatments that

helped her to walk. Enjoying the digest and looking forward to
