Can't eat apples, cinnamon or almond. Unfortunately, these are

salicylates and there is a reaction to salicylates. Thanks anyway.

Who is Lucy?

Hi.. the cookbook referenced is from Lucy's Kitchen and it is on the

pecanbread.com or elaine's website.. link to the site are anyway...

It has some good recipes. You might also try scdrecipe.com.. it has

lots of good options too. It is hard when there are restrictions

beyond the normal SCD restrictions but it seems everyone has

something that they have to take into consideration like that.. each

child's needs are unique. We have to be dairy free (easy!) and egg

free (not so easy!) but we are doing OK and figuring it out. We also

don't now do apples/applesauce... I do pears instead.. perhaps you

can substitute the pears for apples in some recipes??

Good luck and keep us posted!
