Using the Neti Pot...Celcit Sea Salt OK?

Good Morning!

My husband adn I are in need of using our Neti Pot. His 'sinuses' are so bad

that he can barely sleep at night (can't breathe)...and I am just not in the

health that I want.

We have only used the NP once before...and it's been so long that I can't

remember the directions.

We have a 'Hymalain' NP. Can we use our fine-grain non-iodized Celcit Sea Salt?

It seems that each page I look at talks about specific NP Salt and Wash. ugh

HELP!
