If I had the recipe I would make it and then EAT it! lol I've only ordered it in restaurants (pre WW) and haven't had it in ages, but it's the first thing I always think of when thinking of " to die for " desserts. My honey bought us one slice of key lime cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory last night while we were in Seattle on a field trip with my wonderful kids. They have gourmet cheese cakes in every flavor you can imagine (my favorite was the choc raspberry truffle) and they are only like $15 each. And we aren't talking cheep cheese cake... were talking restaurant style make you sick to your stomach it's so rich cheese cake!
