Guest guest
Just whipped myself up 4 eggs with alittle heavy cream - added some cajun spices and chopped chives and scrambled them in butter. DH grunted when I let him taste it. Being woman, I know this means 'Me like'. So next time will fix for him, too. I already have 60 oz of water down, so I know I'll make my water requirement for the day. How's everyone else doing in this arena?
Guest guest
I'd say you're right on track, Dianne. Wish I was closer to goal with you!
Guest guest
Oh that sounds good Robin. I have been nibbling on an Atkins bar and drinking coffee all morning. I will get the water going !! Also, it is mild today and I will get to walk again. I have 13 actual miles of walking since Monday. I have been averaging 50 - 75 oz of water a day. If I only could do " Induction " for a few days, I would be at goal again. I am stuck in my " Maintenance Mode " . but at least I am exercising !!! :0)) Dianne 163/145/140 " The weakest among us can become some kind of an athlete, but only the strongest can survive as spectators. Guest guest
Never thought of putting cajun spices in my eggs - hummm will have to try that. I finally ate today - been up for 7 hours and realized I was getting hungry (hummm wonder why). So make a cheese and mushroom omelet. Have had about 96oz of water too :-) Take Care G. DH > Well, I've only been up for about an hour now... Had my coffee and am waiting for my sweet man to wake up so I can make breakfast... Yesterday I had 88 ounces of water, I was impressed with myself! I am going to do the same today. Your eggs sound good, I don't have chives but I may have something else in there to give them some flair. Kari
