Guest guest
It is so good to see you post!!!!! I'm glad things are okay. I was worried about you!! I think you mediating arguments between Chris and his daughter is great. I know as a teenager I could have used somebody to help with commutation between my Mom and myself. Congrats on the new duties (LOL I think) at work. If you are half as good at work as you are here with us you will get that big ole fat (one of the only times fat is a very good thing) raise. Just show them the real Alisa and I'm sure it will come through next year. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!! A day early!! I think 42 is fabulous!! You will definitely have to post pix of you in your hot birthday dress. I hope you have a great time at your romantic dinner. Good job on getting a handle on the grazing. Kat has been having the same problem and I have been having this problem this week since I've been stuck at home with he little guy. It SUCKS!! I'm glad you were able to get back under control. CONGRATS on the 5 lbs!!! LOL you know I think our bodies tend to relax when we add SOME comfort foods. I think in a way we trick it to thinking, " I'm not dieting, I can let go some of this stuff and not worry about not getting it back " (does that make sense??) LOL I have not been working out the last 2 weeks and I've been grazing and I'm down 2 lbs. So go figure!!! I know that I don't graze in large amounts like I did pre surgery and maybe that is the key too. Anyways enough about me, I hope you have a great weekend!! You have been missed!! When you get some time to do somemore writing you need to post it for us to read (if it isn't too personal). I loved that last poem you posted. Guest guest
Hey I had a good weekend--back to the salt mines today. I will have to download the pictures later this morning and post some. Hopefully and Candace will continue to work towards talking instead of fighting about minor things. They both did pretty well this weekend-- let' see how it goes! And the grazing is a mind over matter thing. We HAVE to make the right choices. It's hard because the old habits really want to kick in whenever I'm very stressed but I know I will do better. > It is so good to see you post!!!!! I'm glad things are okay. Guest guest
LOL Sorry about the salt mines thing!! I hope you have a great week at work. Hopefully things will settle down for you. You are an asst. buyer right? I used to be an asst. buyer for a pool and spa parts company. I really liked it. I'm so glad you had a great b-day. I bet your watch and bracelet is beautiful!! is a good man to LISTEN to his woman and what she wants!! LOL My hubby is hit and miss in the gift dept. but when he is good..... He is really good!!!!! So it makes up for the sucky ones. I never say anything to him about the sucky ones. He tries SOOOOO hard. I think it would hurt his feelings if I ever did say anything. I'm glad and his daughter had a good weekend together. My mom had major control issues and I see that coming out with my boys and me. It is hard to walk that fine line of not being a raging control freak and letting lose enough to have them learn how to make their own decisions. Let us know when you have your new pix posted!! I'll be thinking about this week. Hope it is a good one!! Hugs!!
