This is mainly for patients who live outside my current service area and some others who prefer to be seen in an office setting. I will only need this space a couple of times per week for a few hours. I have several questions regarding this subject which I have not been able to locate in previous listings: Is it legal to rent/lease space on an hourly or part time basis? Would it be possible to rent a small space from a fitness club--this is the physicians preference. how does this type of arrangement work with Medicare? Is it permissable thru Medicare guidelines to use the club equipment? What about renting space from an assited living facility or other healthcare provider such as podiatrist, etc.?
