It has to be stated in your practice act. In Florida

PT, physical therapy, physiotherapy etc are specified

and protected. It's not limited to the extreme of

labeling a staff member a " physiotherapist " or listing

PT in your specialties or services offered. These

cannot even be implied. Texas is very similar to

Florida's act regarding this. I reported a physician

who simply referenced physical therapy. His site

stated " ..our personal trainers are taking physical

therapy to a whole new level. " He merely referenced

physical therapy comparing his " trainers " services to

PT and was ordered to remove it from his site.
