Guest guest
When I make bone broth I pour it into some plastic ice cube containers and freeze the cubes and store it in a plastic bag so I can take out indiviual servings as needed. While it's freezing in the conatiners I wrap it with saran wrap but sometimes that freezes onto the cube and is hard to remove. When I drank some the other day a little piece of plastic ended up in my mouth so that means I had boiled the plastic into the broth. Is this something that is neglible or I have really put my what's left of my health in danger?I know some forms of plastics are worse than others. Anyone insights? Also what are some other ideas for storing the bone broth?
