This formula worked for me in MS Works, although I couldn't cut and paste

it. For some reason, it wouldn't let me paste everything past the comma, but

would let me type it in. Thanks!

=(B4/50+B6/12)-(IF(B5>0,MIN(B5,4),0))/5
