Guest guest
With all the talk about how bad egg whites are I'm wondering if the whites are safe for composting? For the last year or so at least one egg white plus shell, more when I feed our dogs egg yolks too, have gone into our compost bowl. Will the bad stuff in egg whites harm the compost? Also... can the people that compost say what all they put in the compost? Sometimes I hear to put just about all foods, including meat scraps, fat and dairy, and other times I hear just to put vegetable scraps. I kind of put just about everything edible and it's been turning out fine. Thanks! Judy
