Guest guest
Esther, Glad to hear you had a lovely Christmas and New Years. I guessed what you meant by "I think I had a great new year" was there must have been some heavy alcohol consumption on your part. You are wicked ;-) Gosh the music must have been loud. You were at Inverlock. Aren't the neighbors at least an acre away out there.? Good luck on the 12th. I'll be anxious to hear how you are going when I get back. See you at the Melb meeting on 23rd unless the date changes. I'm going to try to catch up with out Brisbane Buddies at their meeting on 13th. I heard today that Chuppa Chups are only 1 point (I reckon that's good value) Keep at it with those points. I know it's not easy for you and you are in my thoughts. cheers Gail RE: Hi Esther Hi Gail, I had a lovely Christmas and a great new year (I think) *lol*. Actually new year's eve was a bit on the quiet side, although when the police came in at 1.30 am they told us we were the first complaint the Inverloch police had for the new year - what a claim to fame (BTW the complaint was only about the volume of the music - Cyndi Lauper to boot). I started counting points last week and fell in a big heap. However, today if the beginning of a new year and I am starting again, this time with more conviction. The thought of putting on more weight terrifies me and I am beginning to find that all I think about is my weight (not a good thing). I have an appointment with Prof on the 12th so hopefully a bit a fill will help me, I am sure Prof took out too much fluid when I had all the tests done a few weeks ago as I have no restriction at all and can eat whatever I want without incidence. If I keep going on like this I am sure I will end up in Qld. for the switch (that's assuming Feilding will do it). I hope you have a great holiday, and do some real relaxing. I will talk to you when you get back. Will you be back for our informal January meeting? I hope so. Lara: Good luck for this week. We will all be thinking about you and can't wait to hear how it went. To everyone else - HAPPY NEW YEAR - you bunch of "losers". Esther. Guest guest
Hi Gail, here's something else - is in Sydney with work at the moment and being Valentines Day, for the first time in 28 years, sent me a dozen red roses. You could have knocked me down with a feather when they were delivered this morning. I must have done something really right or I am just lucky to have a man like him. Mind you, a lovely new big house would do exactly the same thing as well. See you soon. Esther.
