Guest guest
It is always good to have a few cookbooks because what one has, the other may not. I have both cookbooks but honestly like Lucy's better. I think the SCD with Taste and Tradition is more well suited for someone that has been on the diet for a while. There are 2 reasons for me saying that. Many of the recipes use ingredients that are best introduced later. Also, the book is not good for someone new to cooking. I have been frustrated about this since I am not very comfortable with cooking. Some recipes say to bake but don't give time and/or temperature and some list an ingredient without saying how to prepare it (whole, chopped, shredded etc). I have found some good recipes regardless it's flaws. > I have Lucys cookbook and it is so great the recipes! > Has anyone bought the scd book from Digestive Wellness? What did you > think of it?
