scd books?

It is always good to have a few cookbooks because what one has, the

other may not. I have both cookbooks but honestly like Lucy's

better. I think the SCD with Taste and Tradition is more well suited

for someone that has been on the diet for a while. There are 2

reasons for me saying that. Many of the recipes use ingredients that

are best introduced later. Also, the book is not good for someone

new to cooking. I have been frustrated about this since I am not

very comfortable with cooking. Some recipes say to bake but don't

give time and/or temperature and some list an ingredient without

saying how to prepare it (whole, chopped, shredded etc). I have

found some good recipes regardless it's flaws.
