,

I made crackers yesterday for the first time and loved them. You just

use equal amounts of nut flour to goat cheese.

So, for example 1 cup of pecan flour and 1 cup of goat cheese. You grate the

cheese then mush together with your hands roll out between wax paper and bake

on 350 till brown. I got this off of pecanbread web. I salted them before

baking . ~Sheri

Thanks Barbara,

I enjoy cooking and love to share what works for us. Another

(non-celiac) list I am on is putting together a cookbook that will

include celiac friendly recipes. This is the push I needed to get the

rest of my recipes on the computer. So, I will share more recipes as I

get them "digitized", and other recipes that come from the book and are

gf!
