Can someone clarify can I mix these supplements together?

I generally mix vitaspectrum (multi), permavite, milk thistle, bio inflammatory

plus, biotin/carnitine, 5 drops of GSE together..but I wasn't sure if It was OK

to mix the GSE in with that??

Is it ok to mix Nystatin AND GSE?

I have to soon add Caproil and psyllium to the maintenance (for

yeast/bacteria)..anyone have suggestions on how to gve this?? I know it's oily

and pysllium mixed with it can looked a little scary texture wise..

Any advice??
