Guest guest
Penny, As long as you soaked and cooked them per Elaine's instructions, they're legal....... though it might have been nice to intro just a small amount to be sure they were tolerated. But at this point it must be a huge relief to have him just eating something healthy. I'm so proud of you for stopping the pork rinds! Patti ----- Original Message ----- I'm hoping the beans will be ok. I know they're starchy so that could be a problem.
Guest guest
Penny, I am so excited for you that Kenzie is eating something different. And how different, wow! What a change for him. I'm glad he liked it. If it doesn't seem that he could tolerate the beans, maybe the next time you could serve his chili without the beans, but all the same flavorings. Congratulations to Kenzie for being so brave. I am sure you were thrilled. Jody mom to -5 and -7 SCD 13 months
