Guest guest
Penny, Don't be sooo hard on yourself. Trying something new is hard enough without beating yourself up! I am sure you have your hands full, but think of the benefits that you may yeild if you stick through a tough time! A friend emailed me with some encouragement the other day.. she said that when you are washing the dishes and you break one do you throw out the whole place setting? No you keep it.. when you are trying this and you have a bad day or a bad time with getting Kenzie to eat something should you throw out the whole idea and give up? No! keep trying and you will eventually hit on something. If chicken isn't working try turkey, try fixing the veggies a different way.. pureed, diced sliced whatever!!! you'll hit on something you will. I have a picky eater of my own and as I start this diet I have to keep that in mind.. Hope this gives you a little lift!
