Guest guest
, I noticed that I became affected by alcohol more quickly then in years passed. I actually noticed it before being dx. I was also getting hung-over when only having small amounts of alcohol. As mentioned with pain meds, since your liver is unable to break down " toxins " as proficiently as it once did, the substance is probably being absorbed at a higher concentration into the blood stream than it normally would under perfect conditions. Therefore, the " buzz " is greater and probably lasts longer than it normally would. Just my theory :-). Darin Oh yeah, I meant to post sooner about this. The Rice Owls, a local college here in Houston, won the NCAA baseball championship last week and on the front page of the Houston Chronicle a picture of none other than Larson, " Rice fan " , cheering on his team at a local pub near the campus. Strange. Don't think there is a picture of you on the members page at PSC, but wouldn't it be weird if you two looked alike as well.
