It's reccomended in Elaine's book, just happens to be right down the road from my brother's house!!! My Dad went and checked them out last time they were out there.. he said they were really nice folks. They deal in almonds and have an excellent almond flour.. good price too from what I have seen. Guest guest Posted February 8, 2004 Report Share Posted February 8, 2004 I just ordered a bunch of nut flour from nuttyguys.com and their blanched almond flour is as fine as that from Lucyskitchenshop.com. Their pecan flour and walnut flour was not as fine as the almond flour, but I am assuming that is because it is not blanched. I guess blanching a pecan or walnut is impossible. Anyway, I am very pleased with their flour. And it comes in little 3 cup bags, which my daughters like to haul around like little bricks. (They're all going in the freezer tonight.) Their shipping is free if you order over 20 pounds. I have to clean out my freezer, but this seems like a good deal.
