Please take personal bashings off list. We have far to high a volume of

necessary posts that are deemed beneficial to our loved ones recovery. The

listserv is no place for this.

Anyone can see that Thropps is by far cheaper and better

Quality.Houston seems very high priced, on top of leaving out papain

and Bromelain which is much needed.

Karyn despite the fact that personal attacks should not be made on

this list, I will answer this question to dispell any misunderstandings.

Houston Nutraceuticals enzymes have been used in the autism community

for over 3 years. The brand may be new to those of you not in the ASD

community.

Devin Houston has made his products based on the needs of the ASD

community since he began his company.

Many ASD kids are sensitive to papain and bromelain. (Not all, but many.)

I do not get kickbacks and I do not sell Houston Enzymes. Many ASD

parents have been anxiously awaiting the arrival of the SCD legal

Houston Enzymes. That is why I posted the information to the list

that the SCD legal enzymes can be purchased now.

If you check Pecanbread.com, there are legal enzymes by several

manufacturers listed, including the Thropp's.

I have personally had good success with the Houston Enzymes. Other

people prefer other brands. Each person's digestive issues are

slightly different. A brand that works for my kids may not be the

best for you. My kids do not have celiac disease. My guess would be

some form of colitis (autistic entercolits would be my guess and LNH

like the majority of the ASD kids that have been scoped.)

So, the information about Houston Enzymes was provided as a service to

those who have been waiting for their arrival.

Anyone is free to post their own success stories with any legal brand

of enzymes that has helped them.

The same is true for our supplement list which is mostly comprised of

products from Kirkman Labs. This doesn't mean that only Kirkman

products are good. It means that many of the ASD kids use Kirkman

products and we got so many questions about Kirkman products

specifically, that a list was created that showed which items were

legal and which were not.

I hope this clears things up for everyone.

I understand where you are coming from. I doubted very seriously you were

getting kick backs. As far as Houston's I use them myself and have recommended

them to other parents with ASD kids. I just see no point in hashing all this on

the listserv, it's just not the place.
