Guest guest
Get the YMCA to measure your body fat now, as you start working out. that way, in about 6 weeks, you can see the progress. Cut expenses or Boost Income. You can probably cut back on eating out, and save money that way. Perhaps have a garage sale? Get a weekend job? See if the YMCA needs somebody to work on weekends or nights? I personally NEVER lose weight when I'm trying to do weight watchers on my own, and I have all of the books..perhaps three sets of them. The meeting support is critical. Perhaps you can find that kind of support someplace else, at the YMCA? A TOPS meeting? What about OA??? Sorry about your getting cut back at work, but looks like you've got a really healthy attitude about it. Sorry about your dad and the other sad things. But keep trying to have a positive attitude, and I find that working out not only helps my body, but my attitude. I feel great. I really miss working out when I don't get to do it... Guest guest
Yeah, that¹s what I was thinking about doing. I think there is a meeting that is at a time that I¹d be able to go (during the day). I¹ll have to look into the times again. on 4/11/03 12:42 PM, Tory K at msteechur@... wrote: > Have you considered joining WW online to save some money?
